It also tracks costs, depreciation, and funding throughout procurement, ownership and retirement. Bar code support allows more automated asset tagging and inventory audit controls. Reporting capabilities support generating any required information to external systems including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
System 7 reporting capabilities are very robust. Powerful grids support ad-hoc filtering, grouping and other reporting needs throughout the system. Forms are automatically linked to cases or files as an integrated electronic case folder.
Design and integrate form letters into the system like other electronic forms. Available data like names and addresses flow into the letters to avoid double entry. You can then provide additional content and wording as needed.
